These terms define how the Crevator platform may be used by brands, creators, agencies, and administrators. They are intended to support real transactions and operational accountability.

1. Use of the Platform

Users must provide accurate account information and use the platform only for lawful creator-led advertising activity.


2. Campaign Obligations

Brands, creators, and agencies are responsible for the accuracy of briefs, creative approvals, publishing commitments, and required disclosures.


3. Payments and Disputes

Transactions may involve invoices, budget allocation, release conditions, refunds, and dispute handling based on the agreed workflow for each deal.


4. Acceptable Use

Users may not abuse the system, attempt unauthorized access, scrape private data, or violate brand safety and content policies.


5. Availability and Changes

Crevator may update these terms as the product evolves, especially when payment, compliance, or safety requirements change.
